Delicious and light.
Wild Mushroom Lasagna
The mushroom lasagna was a perfect blend of rich, savory flavors .The locally sourced mushrooms provided an earthy element that was just delicious. A hearty dish but not at all heavy. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Blistered Shishitos
A pre-retirement celebration, we had the Blistered Shisitos, Truffle Fries, & The Bread Plate. Everything was gorgeous and super tasty. The shishitos were flavored beautifully, not too hot but warm. The Truffle Fries were spectacular! The Bread Plate was yummy with beet hummus and much more. I can't wait to come again for more!
Local Grass Fed Steak
Delicious steak perfectly cooked with well balanced flavors. The crispy potatoes were a nice accompaniment. Would recommend.
Chicken & Waffles
Last Sunday I swung by the Salt line for brunch, since it was a convenient walk from the Leob Art Center at Vassar. The chicken and waffles was delicious, where the waffle was light and fluffy and the chicken thigh was already deboned before frying making it an ease to eat. The coffee hit the spot for brunch.
Rigatoni Bolognese
I believe that the Rigatoni Bolognese is a dish that combines comfort, elegance, and bold flavors, the Rigatoni Bolognese is a standout choice. Rigatoni & Mushrooms
Sooo good! Love the local mushrooms. And the sauce was delicious. I'll admit I usually find pasta pretty boring, but this was yum.
Roasted Long Island Duck
Overall, a really good dish. It was perfectly cooked and very well seasoned with crispy skin. The accompany went was tasty, but the corn was kind of boring.
Local Grass Fed Steak
Our meal could not have been better. From our greeting by Tory to our service by Brian. The quality and flavors were delicious.
